Woodruff Systems LLC operates Trellis Fieldbook and is the controller for personal data where it decides the purposes and means of processing.

This policy covers this website, the launch list, purchases, licence fulfilment, support, and the Trellis Fieldbook application. Contact support@trellisfieldbook.com with a privacy request.

Website and launch list

This site has no analytics or tracking collector added by Woodruff Systems LLC. Cloudflare hosting may receive ordinary request and security metadata. The signup form sends your email directly to Buttondown for launch notices and occasional opted-in product updates; it is not connected to checkout or licence entitlement. The form also sends the page you signed up on and, if you answer the optional question, how you found Trellis Fieldbook. Buttondown stores both with your email.

Submitting requests a Buttondown double-opt-in confirmation. Only confirmation joins the list. Buttondown retains subscription, confirmation, delivery, unsubscribe, and suppression metadata as the consent record used to operate and defend the list. Use an email unsubscribe link or ask us to delete your data. We may retain a minimal suppression or consent record when needed to honor an opt-out or meet a legal obligation.

Purchases and licence fulfilment

Paddle is merchant and seller of record. Paddle hosts checkout, processes payment, tax, refund, and chargeback activity, issues its receipt under its own notice, and provides the customer and transaction details needed for fulfilment.

Paddle connects to our Cloudflare-hosted fulfilment service so we can issue and deliver your licence, provide purchase support, handle refunds or disputes, and protect the service from fraud. We share purchase information only with providers needed for sale, fulfilment, delivery, security, and legal compliance.

Trellis Fieldbook application

The Trellis Fieldbook application stores your data locally on your computer. Trellis Fieldbook does not collect telemetry or automatically upload your application data.

Information leaves your computer only when you choose an action that requires an outside service, such as downloading a model from Hugging Face, checking for an update, sending feedback through your mail client, or sharing an export with another service. That provider handles the information you choose to send under its own terms.

Retention and requests

We keep list data while you remain subscribed or while needed to honor your opt-out. We keep purchase and licence records as needed to fulfil and support your licence, resolve payment or security issues, and meet accounting, tax, or legal obligations. We keep support correspondence as needed to answer and document it.

Request access, correction, or deletion at the address above. We may verify your identity or transaction details and can act only on data we control. Records that we or a provider must retain for legal reasons may remain.
