Buy once. Keep what you bought.

These terms describe the Trellis Fieldbook purchase, license, updates, activation, and refund policy.

Who supplies the product

Woodruff Systems LLC supplies and licenses Trellis Fieldbook. Paddle is the merchant and seller of record for each purchase. Paddle processes payment, handles applicable transaction taxes, and sends its own receipt. Your Trellis Fieldbook license file arrives in a separate email.

Price and license

Trellis Fieldbook is $799 as a one-time purchase. The limited $499 founding offer is a $300 discount from that price for the first 50 redemptions or the first 60 days after launch, whichever comes first.

One license authorizes one planner to use Trellis Fieldbook on up to two machines, such as a laptop and desktop. This is a contractual use right, not a device counter. Do not share the license file with another planner.

What is included

• The desktop application, yours to keep and run offline.
• Every 1.x release, including new features and security updates.
• Portable export of the records stored on your own computer.

No hosted AI service or usage charges are included. Downloadable local models are the implemented AI path; direct hosted-key setup is not currently configured. A future 2.0 line is a separate purchase. Existing owners retain a permanent 40% upgrade discount, and a superseded line receives security patches for at least 24 months.

Activation and reinstalls

The signed license file arrives separately from Paddle's receipt. Select it in Trellis Fieldbook Settings. The application verifies and caches it locally without contacting a license server. Keep the file for a reinstall or second machine. If it is lost, contact [email protected]; after confirming the purchase, support resends the same file.

Settings displays the buyer email signed into the license. Buyer attribution does not appear on client- or vendor-facing exports. Trellis Fieldbook has no remote device counter or copy-protection switch.

Refunds

All sales are final. Trellis Fieldbook does not offer a refund window because an offline activation cannot be remotely retrieved or disabled. Rights that applicable law does not allow these terms to exclude remain unaffected. Paddle's buyer terms govern the transaction, and Paddle may issue a refund under its own policies.
